If you formed a corporation or LLC years ago and never used it, or used it briefly and then let it sit, it may be worth listing here rather than letting it lapse or dissolving it outright. We review every submission before it becomes a listing, and we do not accept everything that comes in.
What qualifies
An entity generally qualifies when its filings are current, its status with the state is active and in good standing, and it has no operating history that would need to be disclosed to a future owner: no employees, no contracts, no revenue, and no bank account or credit line still attached to it. Entities that have sat inactive the longest, with the cleanest filing record, are the ones we can list fastest.
What disqualifies an entity
Any past or current operations, contracts, employees, or revenue disqualify an entity from most inquiries, even if you are willing to disclose them, because the buyers who come to this site are specifically looking for an entity with no operating history to describe. Liens, judgments, unresolved tax debt, and lapsed or delinquent filings also disqualify a listing until they are resolved and the entity's status is restored to good standing with its state.
How review works
Submit the form below with the entity's details. We check the state's own filing system for current status and filing history before we respond, the same check we tell every buyer to run themselves. If the entity qualifies, we will follow up with what we need next: officer and director information, a good standing certificate, and the documents a buyer will expect to see, such as articles, minutes, and a stock ledger where one exists. We do not publish an asking price on this site; that detail, like the entity's name, is shared directly with a qualified buyer once both sides are ready to proceed.
